CPSP members have found that participation in a residential group relations conference has a powerful, transformative effect on their own self-awareness and their ministries. In preparation for certification as a diplomate, all supervisors-in-training are required to participate in a residential conference but others are strongly encouraged to attend as well. This year's international AK Rice Conference is being offered in July in New Orleans. For those with a financial need, substantial scholarships are often available.
